We can address your concerns, process a refund if eligible, or offer a discount or credit for future services.

Refund Policy Terms

Refunds are available only prior to the submission of your travel document application. By purchasing our services, you agree to adhere to the terms of this policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms listed on our website. After reviewing and approving the government forms for submission, you forfeit your right to a refund. In the event of a significant error on your application, we will correct and resubmit it at no additional charge, but a refund will not be provided.

To request a refund before submitting your application, email [email protected] with the subject: “Travel eTA Refund Request.” Include the following information in your email:

  • Full Name of Applicant

  • Invoice Number or Order ID

  • Last four digits of the credit card used

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for refund request

We will process your request within 24-48 hours of receiving the required information. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method and should appear in your account within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's policies. If your refund does not appear after 10 days, please contact our Billing Department for further assistance.

Non-Refundable Fees

This refund policy does not cover government fees paid to issuing authorities or other governmental entities. These fees are non-refundable regardless of the action taken on your application. We cannot refund or credit any payments made to third parties involved in processing your order, such as government fees.

Chargeback Notice

By using our services, you agree to comply with our refund policy and service terms. Seeking a chargeback outside of these conditions breaches these terms. We take chargeback fraud seriously and may report suspicious disputes to payment processors and relevant agencies. Chargeback fraud can lead to being barred from entry to the destination country and may result in potential criminal and civil charges.

We encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues rather than initiating a chargeback.

If you have concerns about the submission of your application, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If you follow the refund request procedures outlined, you will receive your refund within the specified timeframe.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee covers issues directly caused by QuickETA prior to arrival in the UK. This guarantee is in addition to legal protections and is valid for requests made within 14 days of purchase.

Not Covered Under the Satisfaction Guarantee

We cannot guarantee the results of your government filing. Issues such as application rejections or government delays are beyond our control. This guarantee does not apply to changes in your circumstances, entry denials by border officers, or issues related to epidemics/pandemics. It is void if you have made misrepresentations on your application, have already requested a refund, or initiated a chargeback.
